Why use the TEIQue
We love this assessment! It's profound, easy to understand and a powerful development tool. By making this a prerequisite to the course, we ensure everyone starts with a similar base knowledge and has already decided on personal areas of focus.
You will be sent a link to complete the assessment with instructions. Completion takes about 20 minutes. Once your results have been processed, we then set up a 45 minute slot for feedback to take place before coaching begins. Nice and easy.
From here you go on a deep 4 week learning and development journey. You will have time to practice, discuss, and ask any questions you may have live on the session!
Meet your coach
Francesca has over 20 years' experience in coaching and corporate training. She is also an emotional intelligence expert and qualified practitioner and trainer in the TEIQue assessment. She is extremely passionate about helping people understand this amazing area and create their best life, both professionally and personally.
Her sessions will include focal areas of EI such as confidence, self-esteem, empathy, leadership, assertiveness and more. You will learn new tools, practice in breakout rooms, enjoy discussions, and have time for Q&A. Francesca brings depth, passion and warmth to her sessions...with a dash of humour!
Originally from the UK, Francesca lived abroad for 20 years before returning to the south coast of England where she now lives with her partner.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund, if I change my mind?
We are sure you will not only enjoy your group coaching sessions, but you will also gain valuable insight. However, if for any reason you decide it's just not for you, then YES, you can cancel before the 13th September and get a full refund for the coaching segment. The TEIQue assessment, however, is provided by a 3rd party and cannot be refunded. This cost is £99.
Will my particular needs be addressed in group coaching?
This is a great question! The answer is "Yes"!
Each week has a different theme, so we try to stay on topic, wherever possible. You are free to share any relevant questions before each session (send to contact@go-proud.com) or during the session itself and your coach will address these during the session. Enjoy!
If I want to continue with coaching after we finish do I have to do the TEIQue again?
Absolutely not. You are free to continue your learning in any of our group programmes and you would receive a reduction on the general price. You may even wish to address your issues in 1-2-1 coaching. Please contact us, if you wish to look into this option.
