More Information
Though created just over 40 years ago, its foundational principles reflect classical concepts from Taiji (Taichi) and China’s thousands of years of energy practices. Regular practice supports the health and vitality of the body, calmness and creativity in the mind and transformative breathing.
The forms specifically help build posture, tone, and healthy range of movement – all without putting stress on the joints. Most of all, it’s a wonderful way to connect to nature, as many of the forms invite us to do things like separate clouds, push waves, dance with rainbows, or touch the sea and look at the sky.
