Principles of Emergent Learning Facilitation Deck (Designed to print on A4 Paper)

We created the Principles of Emergent Learning Illustrated Facilitation Deck because we wanted a way to introduce people to the Principles of Emergent Learning that reflects our values of joy, curiosity, rigor, and humanity. We are hoping that you think that using colorful, dynamic, people-centered art and enabling learners to choose a principle to dig more deeply into, reflect on in their own context, and share about with their peers does just that!

There are many ways to use the deck (and no doubt many we have yet to realize)! You can keep it on your desk, post all or some of the images in your workspace as reminders about the principles and have it accessible to team members during meetings. We’ve also included a facilitation that we’ve designed and found worked really well for groups learning about Emergent Learning. 

And we hope you’ll think up and share back your ideas with us by emailing Alison Gold. We’d love to share them with others in the future too!
