Missed Services, Policies & Boundaries — Please Read Before Booking

Please read this before booking a service with Nana T’s Truth Table. These policies are in place to keep everything clear, fair, and respectful for both the client and the reader/spiritual worker.

When you book a reading, candle work, jar, spell work, sigil, kit, or any spiritual service, you are agreeing to the policies listed below.

Missed Services:

If you book a service and do not send the information needed to complete it, your service may be delayed until I receive the correct details.

For readings, please send your question or area of life you want looked into.

For spell work, please send the names, intentions, situation details, and any other information requested.

If I reach out for missing information and do not receive a response, your order will stay pending until you contact me.

Rescheduling & Delays:

Some services may need extra time depending on the energy, the details needed, supply availability, or the type of work being done.

If something needs to be adjusted, I will communicate with you directly.

Refund Policy:

Once a reading, spell work, candle, jar, sigil, kit, or custom service has been started, prepared, created, or completed, refunds are not available.

Spiritual services take time, energy, supplies, and personal work. Please make sure you are choosing the correct service before booking.

Client Responsibility:

Please be honest and clear about what you need.

I cannot properly guide you or prepare the right working if important information is left out.

You are responsible for sending the correct details, checking your messages, and communicating respectfully.

Boundaries:

I have the right to refuse or cancel a service if the request feels unsafe, disrespectful, unclear, or outside of what I am comfortable providing.

Disrespectful behavior, harassment, threats, or repeated boundary-pushing will not be tolerated.

Important Note:

All readings and spell work are spiritual services. Results and timing can vary depending on energy, free will, choices, outside influences, and the situation itself.
