Sarah wants to take some more pic's from the waterfall, then she crutches over a little bridge because she thinks she has a better view from the other side, but the way is a not going anywhere so she needs to crutch back over the bridge and then all the hill up again to the car ... very exhausting for her but good for the clip :-)
