🌸 Day 3: Release. What is one thing I can let go of today? Not forever. Just for today. What are you carrying that was never yours to carry in the first place?

🌸 Day 4: Body Awareness. Take 10 minutes today to: Step away from your phone. Sit in stillness. Or go for a quiet walk. Then reflect on what shifted when you slowed down.

🌸 Day 5: Enough. What would feel like enough by the end of today? Not perfect. Not everything on the list. Just enough. Define it before your day defines it for you.

🌸 Day 6: Celebration. What small win can I celebrate today? You showed up. That counts. Progress does not have to be loud or impressive to be real.

🌸 Day 7: Reflection. What does living intentionally mean to me? Your own definition. In your own words. This is the question that makes everything else make sense.


How to Use It

Each morning or evening, open to that day's page and answer the prompt in the space provided. Write freely, without editing or overthinking. There are no wrong answers. No performance required. Just honesty.

By Day 7, you will have spent a full week checking in with your priorities, your gratitude, your energy, and your values. You will know, in your own words, what intentional living means to you.
