• For most standard shower curtains, a 15" x 15" or 16" x 20" heat press is a good size. 
• These sizes can accommodate the common shower curtain dimensions of 72" x 72". 
• A smaller press may work for smaller shower curtains or for applying smaller designs to a larger curtain. 

• For a typical bath mat set, a 16x20 inch heat press would be suitable. 
• A 15x15 inch press might work for smaller bath mats, but the larger size offers more flexibility for various sizes and designs.
• If you are not sublimating the items your self please refer to a print on demand site or a print professional that deals with sublimation
