Preface

The opportunity for writing this book came as a result of course 4173 in the third term of Advanced Project Management and Strategic Leadership course. The authors of this book are students from Lambton College in Toronto. A team was formed at the beginning of course 4173 and the project of writing an E-Book was handed over by the instructor, Sandee Vincent. We are grateful to her for guiding us through this course. This project was accomplished by working in a self-managed team; this is because the course 4173 itself talks about “Developing, Managing, Motivating and Inspiring the Effective Project Team”.

            The project took two weeks for completion and references have been taken from various sources. The book talks about leadership and working in a self-managed team.
