You get FBX format, not rigged.
Shown with Blender shader, similar look achievable in Unity.
Fits Pandaabear's heel base (body not included) but should be easy to sculpt to the base of your choice. (Blender knowledge required)
Weight transfer should be done to rig to your base.

Any commercially licensed item can only be resold if featured on a completed character with credit to the store you purchased from (Booth, Gumroad, Payhip, Ko-Fi). Items can not be sold on their own even if edited.
