Windowpanes

Windowpanes is a great stashbuster pattern that's contemporary and versatile. It is a fabulous stash buster for Fat Quarters and 5" Squares! Have fun playing with your fabric, then put it all together in a quick-to-make quilt.

This pattern is great for a confident beginner, but it's a wonderful quilting project for experienced quilters too.

This pattern includes instructions for five sizes: Baby (36"x45"), Throw (54"x63"), Twin (72"x90"), Full/Queen (90" x 90"), and King (108"x108").

Alternately, since it's a block-based pattern, you can create a custom size quilt. One Fat Quarter + Three 5" squares = 3 blocks.

Throw size and larger will have enough left over for a perfectly coordinated scrappy binding.
