Digital Products:

As digital products are non-tangible and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for our digital planners, printables, and Canva templates or Canva Websites. Once a customer has purchased these products, they are considered to be in their possession and cannot be returned.

Printed Products and Merch that are shipped:

Refunds, returns or exchanges on our printed Notebooks, Journals and Merch products are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Tracia Creative offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by email or via Whatsapp at +1 307-655-1170 and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Personal Use

– Our digital planners, digital journals and printables are intended for personal use only. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these products solely for your personal purposes. You may print, copy, and modify them for your personal use but are prohibited from distributing, reproducing, or selling them in any way.

Business Use of Canva Templates

– Our Canva templates may be used for business purposes. However, you are still bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement. You may not resell or distribute the Canva templates themselves, but you may use them to create designs for your business activities.

Resale Prohibited

– Under no circumstances are you allowed to resell any of our digital planners, printables, or Canva templates. This includes selling them as standalone products, including them as part of a bundle for sale, or offering them as freebies on your own website or any other platform.

While we make every effort to accurately display colors in our products, please note that the actual colors you see may vary depending on your monitor settings, lighting conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that the colors of our products will precisely match the colors on your screen or in print.
