They create 1st Galbani cheese, the Robiola still present at the end.
In 1906 Galbani launches the Bel Paese, dry ripened cheese, and
during the war a range of 14 cheese specialties are in the catalog.
In 1928 the spreadable cheeses including Certosa and Certosino are
launched.
In 1956 Galbani mozzarella and launches from 1960 starts
communicating with the slogan "Galbani vuol dire fiducia" (Galbani
means confidence).
