Over the years of running this podcast we have had the honour of speaking with many visionaries and thought leaders in the arenas of health, spirituality, science and metaphysics. One theme seems to come up over and over again as being absolutely essential to a life filled with health, meaning, and joy. It is also the most important thing that we can all do at this time to usher in a world that inspires us and that we are excited to leave to our children.

The most important theme that I am speaking about is to deeply know the truth of who we are. To courageously ask ourselves important questions and honestly answer them. To shed the illusion of what we think we are and operate from the source of who we really are. We then allow this force to express itself onto our planet. Thus bringing more of YOU into this world. We are the change that is creating this new earth.
