What an incredible pattern

This pattern is worth every cent! This is probably one of my favourite makes ever, and I sew A LOT.
I had made several backpacks before and never purchased a pattern, because I have enough experience to figure it out. However, I thought this one looked like it had some good details and pro-looking finishes, and I thought I might learn a thing or two. Well, that was an excellent decision! The shopping list itself is almost worth the cost of the pattern ;)
Everything worked absolutely perfectly and the instructions could not be more complete (I just had to make a small modification because I made the bottom hinge, and for that you have to remember to adjust the lining pattern of the sides as well).

I could not be happier with my purchase - I had SO MUCH FUN sewing this!
I highly recommend this pattern to anyone with some sewing experience or up for a challenge - you do need a good sturdy home machine and some strong needles.
Will definitely be buying more patterns from prickly gorse!
