HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

1. Download and print both pages on heavyweight white cardstock.
2. Print at 100% or Actual Size—do not select Fit to Page.
3. Carefully cut around the outside edges and handle openings.
4. Score and fold along the indicated fold lines.
5. Attach the coordinating pieces using strong double-sided tape or craft glue.
6. Allow the adhesive to dry before filling the box.
