Sofia DSLWC (Chapter 3)

Summary:

Sofia wacht auf, säubert ihre Zehen und schickt Anna eine Sprachnachricht. Zum ersten Mal lernt sie, mit beiden Gipsverbänden ohne Krücken zu laufen, und übt ein wenig in der Küche herumzugehen. Sie trinkt Wasser, entfernt die Gipsreste, die auf dem Sofa zurückgeblieben sind, macht ein Foto von ihren Buckle-Sandalen und sagt, dass sie diese einen Monat lang nicht tragen kann. Zum Schluss schaut Sofia noch ein wenig fern, während sie ihre beiden brandneuen Gipsverbände zeigt.

Sofia wakes up, cleans her toes, and sends Anna a voice message. For the first time, she learns to walk with both casts on, without crutches, and practices walking around the kitchen a bit. She drinks some water, cleans up the plaster residue left on the sofa, takes a picture of her buckle sandals, and says she won't be able to wear them for a month. Finally, Sofia watches a little TV while showing off her two brand-new casts.
