Equipment Needed:

• Hot plate or double boiler method

• Scale that reads to 0.01g

• At least 2 mini whisks

• Minimum 2 beakers

• Stainless steel mixing spoons

• Thermometer (a candle thermometer works great)

• 2–3 watch glasses

• Immersion blender or homogeniser

• pH meter or pH strips
