i noticed that there was a need for a base code that contains a tabs script / java filtering built into the code , and after months of twiddling my thumbs i finally decided to put my base + tabs script to use and share it with the general public . i hope that u get some use out of this code and i am more than excited to see what types of themes that u all create with it . 

u may do paid projects with this theme as well , but be sure that i am still credited .

i have no specific rules other than u MUST credit me , u may not combine any parts of this base with some other creator's theme , and u MUST credit suiomi icons ( unless , ofc , u do not use those icons in ur final product , i just want to ensure that everyone is given the recognition they deserve ) .
