RESERVES CANDIDATES ONLY. This pack is only for candidates applying to be an Army Reserve officer. Before your first session, please show me proof of your Army Reserve officer application, such as your application confirmation email. I only look at it and do not keep a copy. If you are not applying to be an Army Reserve officer, you can move to AOSB Fast-Track by paying the £100 difference. Otherwise, you get a full refund before your first session.

For Army Reserve officer candidates preparing for the Army Officer Selection Board (AOSB) around a job or studies.

• 5 one-to-one sessions of 1h30, one a week

• 3 sessions on the psychometric tests: verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning, as candidates widely report them

• 2 sessions on interview practice and the planning exercise

• Homework after every session, with a marked report

• Exclusive practice trainer: my AOSB Speed Trainer, for unlimited home practice throughout your pack. Not sold anywhere else.

Your free 30-minute diagnostic comes first. If it shows you are already strong in one area, one session can move between the tests and the board preparation.
