Mining Operational Readiness Framework -- Volume 4
The Mining Operational Readiness Framework is Volume 4 of the MM-DR Series -- the structured owner-side framework that closes the gap between a technically sound Definitive Feasibility Study and a successfully producing mine.
Eight readiness domains. Five sequential gates. No gate passes without documented owner-side sign-off. Every gate produces a registered output instrument.
This volume covers eight operational readiness domains including mine planning, equipment and fleet readiness, workforce and supervisory capability, production system design, mining IT and operational technology, principal hazard and critical control management, commissioning and ramp-up readiness, and management system implementation. It also covers the five gate sequence from Readiness to Mobilise through to Readiness to Produce, with defined input requirements, assessment criteria, and output instruments at each gate.
The formal gate output instruments -- the Operational Readiness Certificate, Ramp-Up Assurance Report, and Operational Handover Package -- are produced at Gate 5 and received by the Operations and Performance Governance volume at the production gate.
Built for project directors, GMs, commissioning managers, and senior practitioners responsible for taking a project from DFS to first production.
Requires MM-DR Volume 1 as its governance foundation.
