This is the package for athletes looking to take their ability and performance to the next level. I will create a personalized workout schedule based on the physical requirements of your sport. This plan focuses on circuit training, cardio, core strength and power training. I will provide diet tips in addition to the 8 week training schedule. We would form a relationship through Skype (if you would like to). You would be able to voice any concerns or questions there.
