Light & Leaf Stained Glass Pattern Library —70 Designs (Untested Development PDFs)
Light & Leaf Stained Glass Pattern Library: 60 Main + 10 Bonus Designs — Development PDFs
A digital library of original faceted stained-glass layouts, numbered piece maps and full-size cutting outlines for small decorative flat panels. These are development patterns, not physically build-tested projects or a complete mounting solution.
IMPORTANT: a suitable perimeter frame, reinforcement, frame joins, eyes and mounting arrangement are not engineered or load-rated by this product. They require qualified design and physical review for the actual glass, solder, finished weight and location. Proposed frame-eye dots are not instructions to hang glass from edge foil. Do not hang an unreviewed panel; keep it flat on a stable surface until its support is established.
70 DISTINCT PATTERN DESIGNS
The five main collections each contain twelve designs: Geometric Light, Botanical Bloom, Leaves & Woodland, Quiet Landscapes and Meaningful Light. Ten additional bonus patterns include a pennant, sailboat, fruit motifs, wrapped gift, mitten, stocking, pine tree and winter bell.
Each design has six illustrated guide pages covering its overview, numbered material map, cutting and fitting guidance, assembly sequence, support-review record and three color studies. Color studies, paper editions and individual pieces repeat or support the same designs; they are not additional patterns. The cover is a conceptual AI-generated mockup, not a photograph of a finished sample or a guarantee of results. The remaining gallery previews show actual supplied digital artwork and pages.
DOWNLOAD CONTENTS
Five ZIP downloads contain 24 current PDFs totaling 1,734 pages across A4 and US Letter editions, plus supporting text. The templates include 768 calibrated full-size template sheets across both editions (384 per edition); other pages include guides, printing instructions, foundations and studio resources. Choose one paper edition rather than printing both.
The foundations handbook covers printing, materials, glassworking practice, fitting, foiling, joining, support review, finishing and sample records. Ten printable resource types cover swatches, scrap inventory, shopping, palette planning, practice, sorting labels, cost/time, batch planning, gift tags/care cards and a progress portfolio. These worksheets are separate from the 70 design patterns.
PRINTING AND MATERIAL FIT
Print at 100% / Actual Size, disable Fit/Shrink, verify calibration and assemble matching tiles with their stated 10 mm overlaps. Assembly masters and individual cutting outlines serve different purposes. The source uses a nominal 0.15 mm inset per cut edge, giving a draft 0.30 mm clearance between adjacent straight edges; actual glass, foil and grinding require a material-fit coupon and practical review. Do not subtract another foil-shear allowance or assume a printed gap validates the finished fit.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
No physical glass prototypes, cutting/foiling/assembly trials, structural tests, durability trials or independent beginner builds are established. Difficulty labels are provisional. This is not architectural glazing, a toy, food-contact item, lampshade, kiln-fusing pattern or certified hanging system. Materials, tools, hardware, videos and finished panels are not supplied; machine-cutting compatibility is not claimed.
The source permits personal making, gifts and personally produced small-batch physical sales, with the maker responsible for materials, fit, finish and safe use. Redistribution or resale of the digital patterns and resources is prohibited. Original programmatic vector artwork and AI-assisted writing/design development are disclosed in the files; no new licence is introduced.
Use the CURRENT folders for the revised digital edition. Original ZIPs remain unchanged in clearly marked reference archives; they are not additional designs. Physical support and material validation remain separate requirements even after digital checks and the report count correction.
