-The Water Element:

The water element is about flow, flexibility and feeling at ease.It provides flexibility and nourishment to substances.

The strength of this element can make people more patient, compassionate, empathetic, secretive, imaginative, dreamy, selfless, with a greater artistic bent, intuitive, emotional, and sensitive, those who more easily feel something that may have gone unnoticed by others. Their elemental characteristics are moisturizing, hydrating, purifying, refreshing, toning, cleansing, calming, protecting, and diluting. People with much evidence of the water element tend to be more influential, considered more emotional and sensitive, and more adaptable to any environment. However, they may find it more difficult to fully adapt to the limits of the material world.

-The Fire Element:

The fire element is about passion, vitality and expansion. Symbolizes expansion, warmth, light, courage, the will to fight, to dominate and to conquer, but it also favors spiritual elevation, extreme lucidity, and purification of the soul.

In humans it represents the superconscious mind. Desire to rise, vigorous, enthusiastic, courageous, determined, creative, daring, striving, persistent, passionate, optimistic, idealistic, dynamic, ardent, enthusiastic, direct, spontaneous, naive, expansive, with more inspiration, motivation, courage to impose themselves, to take risks, and to face challenges.

They usually show energy, ardor, perseverance, and may like to command rather than obey. All this disposition can bring more agitation and impulsiveness.

An energy that influences creativity, new ideas, that stirs up adventures, propels action, and the artistic side. Warming up, living in the present, turning the page on the situation, showing that life is good, and outdoing yourself are.

-The Air Element:

The air element is about inspiration, change and movement.

In humans it represents the self-conscious mind. It seeks to ascend.

Some of its characteristics are: to transmit, to agitate, to mobilize, to communicate, to oxygenate, to foster, to energize, and to purify. Instability and unpredictability.

Improving proposals and ideas, bringing new concepts and favoring invention.

It is an energy that stimulates the mind and gives strength to our thoughts and the propagation of information. The AIR element is intellectual.

-The Space Element:

The space element is open, all-including, all-encompassing and all other elements arise from it.

Demonstrates qualities of imagination, expansion, subtleness, and dreaminess. They can also be elusive and passive at times.

This is the most subtle element. Ether – or Space – is so subtle that it cannot be seen, heard, or felt. It has the qualities of absolute lightness. It is cold and still, there is no movement. It is the Element of the spaces within the body.

A person with a high proportion of Ether is considered “ethereal,” that is very subtle and spiritual. They are connected to all knowledge (the Akashic Records), and therefore are very wise and creative. They are ahead of the times because they have higher perspectives than others. There is a tendency to loneliness and being “spaced out.”

In order to operate in the world, people with high Ether, need grounding, with heavy foods and herbs, and connection with the earth, such as walking and doing physical activities.
