I really appreciate how Ms Lightfoot used the personal approach to set us on the journey to flourishing for each of the concepts she identified. For me, this not only gives me the blueprint for applying them to my own life but also gives me encouragement and inspiration. I know it can be difficult exposing yourself but showing us that there is truly a proven road to recovery and success is a great gift. I also like that you have the spiritual connection because it’s very important the place my life is currently. Even though this is a short book it packs a lot of power and possibilities.
