Snowflake 3

Enjoy snow without the cold and shoveling by paper-piecing this delicate snowflake block.

Paper-piece as many as 3 different versions of this block from a single set of paper-piecing templates by carefully selecting colour placement.  Pattern includes a colouring page to let you experiment with alternate colour placement.

The 1/4" seam allowance included around each template section is carefully shaped at the points and corners to help you align the pieced sections perfectly with no guesswork.  Suggested cutting sizes for your fabric pieces are also included.

Use the blocks in pillows, runners, wall hangings and other quilts in colours to suit the season, holiday or decor of your choice. The pattern is for the block only.  It does not include setting instructions.

Finished block size: 9"  (9 1/2" unfinished)

Materials required:

• 1/8 yard white for each snowflake
• 1 yard background fabric for every 5 snowflakes
