How does this option work?

You book a one-hour video call with me, where we talk through everything: your dates, interests, budget, legalities, visas, where to stay, travel style, and so much more. Pick my brain for an hour! I then create a detailed, personalised itinerary and guide tailored to you, based on our discussions.

How long does it take to get my plan?

You’ll receive your full itinerary and guide within 5 working days after our call.

Do I get to ask follow-up questions?

Yes! Follow-up support is included – you can ask up to 5 questions by email within 2 weeks. You can also opt to receive further support, which I'll provide information on during the call.

What’s the difference between this and the questionnaire option?

With the call, we spend an hour together chatting through your preferences, questions, and ideas before I create your plan. It's detailed and personal. With the questionnaire, I skip the call and use your written answers to build your plan instead — it’s great if you’re short on time or don't feel comfortable with the video call idea.

Will you book things for me?

I don’t act as a travel agent, but I’ll connect you with my trusted local contacts – casas, guides, drivers, and paladares – so you can book directly with them confidently. If you opt for further support afterwards, I can manage your bookings and your trip in its entirety.

Is this service compliant with American travel rules?

Yes. All itineraries are designed to comply with the OFAC licences that you need to legally travel.
