A one-of-a-kind sighting! Rarely is a cast painted in such vibrant colors—and on a truly incredibly attractive young guy, no less!

He arrives at the hospital on crutches and checks in. Luckily for us, he is wearing shorts, allowing us to admire his casted lower leg in all its glory. Even from a distance, the sheer abundance of colorful artwork on the cast catches the eye. His muscular calves and the athletic shoe on his uninjured foot only enhance this incredibly hot look.

He makes his way—still on crutches—all the way down the corridor to the waiting area outside the casting room. It takes some time before he is called in. However, thanks to our footage, we can observe two things: firstly, that his truly beautiful and cute toes are resting on a very nicely molded toe plate; and secondly, that his big toe is wrapped in a bandage. Our theory: a fracture of the big toe, necessitating immobilization with a splinted SLC (short leg cast) for the initial few weeks?

While he is waiting, another patient comes out of the casting room...my Easter Egg for you... ;-)

He is called in, and we leave the scene.

There is no point in following this sexy guy any further, as he is having his cast removed; when he emerges later, he is no longer in a cast, but simply wearing a bandage and a post-op shoe.

But even so: a rare, incredibly beautiful, and incredibly hot sighting!
