What people are saying
"I just completed the 6 week course on the Silk Brocades and the experience was amazing. I feel such an improvement in my energy level and the tightness I have in my shoulders and back. My favourite form is Swing the Head and Tail to Eliminate Heart fire as it opens up my hips and back nicely. I am going to incorporate the 8 Silk Brocades into my daily routine using your videos.
The course is well suited for a novice like myself with no background in Qigong. There is enough technical detail on each form to gain an understanding of the movement and benefits of the practice.
One thing that I really enjoyed was the inclusion of the practice using a chair in week 6 and how Qigong can be adapted to meet anyone with a disability. Great idea!"

"I saw you performing the 8 brocades in 2018 for the first time and was hooked. But I quickly realized that the way how you teach it, was hard to find in my area. Plus I was into more sweaty stuff (Ashtanga, Kettlebells). It was not the time yet.
After a couple of crises and observing severe health issues of my husband (in that period I did not have time for any kind of regular movements), when the waves got calmer, I could look for movements I would like to make and that would help me. Somehow, I stumbled on your self-paced courses and was glad to find one on the 8 Brocades.
Thank you so much for this course. It was very helpful and I have no experience in QiGong at all. I really like that you go into the intentions of each brocade in more detail at one point. It does not seem to be taught often this way (at least online)."
