Topaz and davinci resolve export settings

These are my personal export settings in davinci and topaz video ai that I use in all of my videos for maximum quality, my preferred version is topaz version 3 but the settings work in any version, with some minor changes in the results.

the davinci export settings are specifically for putting into topaz, for non topazed videos i just export in standard 4k H265 codec
