NOTICE AND ACCPET YOUR BODY IN THE PRESENT MOMENT - Time for Healing (12:22). We will do a brief body scan that is helpful for anxiety, depression, insomnia and pain. The body scan is a mindfulness practice that will allow you some time to be in your body fully and to get to know how it’s feeling right now with your attention and awareness.
Time for Healing guided meditations do not have music in the background because we know each person's taste is personal. Should you want background music during the guided meditation, feel free to download any of the free music tracks we provide or perhaps use music you have found works for you.
