Most approaches to change try to fix behaviour. This one goes to the layer that actually drives it.


There are three levels at which change can happen.


The cognitive level is where most personal development lives. You understand the pattern. You see it clearly. You know what to do. And three weeks later you're doing the same thing again. Because understanding a pattern doesn't change it.


The emotional level is where good therapy and good coaching work. You feel the cost of what you've been carrying. Real change becomes possible. But this is also where most programs plateau, because feeling the cost isn't the same as changing who you are.


The identity level is where lasting change actually happens. Not because you've learned something new or felt something deeply, those things are important but it's because who you believe yourself to be has shifted. And your behaviour, your choices, your relationships, all of it follows.

Six modules. One through-line. From the pattern keeping you stuck to the identity that sets you free.

Module 1: The Wake-Up I know what to do. So why am I not doing it?

The gap between knowing and doing isn't a discipline failure. It's a self-leadership capacity gap, and it lives in the body and the nervous system, not the mind. This module names what's actually happening and gives you your first honest inventory.


Module 2: The Guilt That Was Never Yours I feel guilty putting myself first.

The guilt you feel when you choose yourself was given to you. You didn't create it and you don't have to keep it. This module traces the guilt back to its actual origin, separates responsibility from self-abandonment, and gives you a concrete permission practice to carry into the week.


Module 3: The Body Knows I can't slow down without feeling anxious.

Your busyness is not a personality. It's a regulation strategy your nervous system has been running for years. This module teaches you why your body resists stillness, gives you two embodied regulation tools, introduces the Fact vs. Story framework, and closes with the threshold exercise that bridges everything into Module 4.


Module 4: The Identity Shift This is where it actually changes.

The deepest module in the course. This is where you learn why insight hasn't been enough, what an identity shift actually feels like, and how to author the unconscious contract that has been running your life. You leave with your Identity Contract: a three-layer document that revokes the old agreement and names exactly who you are choosing to be.


Module 5: The Return I want more. And I'm done holding myself back.

Now that you've authored a new identity, this module asks the question that only becomes possible from that foundation: what do you actually want? You'll learn to distinguish desire sourced from the old contract from desire sourced from the new one, and close with a letter to the woman you're becoming.


Module 6: The Integration How you live this, now that the course is ending.

The work that makes everything stick. A four-step real-time self-correction framework, your Standards Declaration, the Kept Promises practice, and an eleven-minute daily rhythm that holds the work long after the course ends.


What makes this different from a course you do alone

Three private coaching sessions. Because transformation at this level doesn't happen in isolation.

Reclaim You includes three one-on-one coaching sessions with Jill, spaced across the program to hold the work at the moments that matter most.


Session 1: After Module 1 We map your dominant pattern, identify where the self-leadership capacity gap is most alive for you, and set the frame for everything that follows. You don't go into the deeper modules without this foundation.


Session 2: After Module 3 The mid-point. We debrief the Unavoidable Conversation, work with what surfaced, and prepare you for the identity work of Module 4. This is the session where the work moves from preparation into action.


Session 3: After Module 6 The integration session. We work with your Identity Contract, your Standards Declaration, and the patterns that showed up across the course. You leave with a clear direction and the architecture to sustain it.


These aren't bonus calls. They're load-bearing. The course is designed around them.

Jill started her career as a reflexologist and yoga instructor, and what she kept seeing was that the physical work could only go so far. Underneath the stress and burnout, there was something deeper running. That's what drew her into coaching, NLP, and the yogic philosophy of self-mastery she'd carried from years of teaching and practicing.


What she's built through Lead From Centred and Reclaim You is the integration of all of it: the body, the mind, and the deeper architecture of who we believe ourselves to be. This isn't work she teaches from a distance. She's moved through it herself, and she's still moving through it.
