1SECTION 3 - RECLAIMING YOUR WORTH
There comes a point when you realize you've spent too much time measuring your worth by what you accomplish, who chooses you, how much you give, how well you perform, or whether other people approve of you.
And somewhere along the way, you may have learned to question your own value.
Reclaiming Your Worth is where you begin changing that relationship.
This section is designed to help you understand the beliefs and stories that have shaped how you see yourself, recognize where you've been looking outside yourself for validation, notice the ways you may have abandoned your own needs, and begin building a stronger relationship with your own voice, decisions, and value.
This isn't about convincing yourself that you're worthy.
It's about reconnecting with the understanding that your worth was never something you had to earn, prove, perform, or negotiate.
Begin examining the beliefs, measurements, triggers, and expectations that have influenced how you've viewed your own worth.
Explore the stories, experiences, labels, and beliefs that may have shaped the way you learned to see yourself and your value.
Begin shifting away from constantly looking outside yourself for approval and create a stronger relationship with your own voice and inner authority.
Recognize the moments when you may choose everyone else over yourself and begin creating space for your own needs, values, and choices.
Strengthen your relationship with yourself by building self-trust, confidence, supportive self-talk, and evidence that you can rely on yourself.
Move beyond simply knowing your worth and begin practicing what it looks like to make decisions, set boundaries, use your time, and shape your life from that understanding.
This companion toolkit gives you practical reflection exercises to help you apply what you're learning throughout the section.

06 — The Self-Abandonment Audit
Identify the moments when you may put your needs, feelings, values, or voice aside in order to accommodate others.
07 — Evidence That I Can Trust Myself
Look at the choices, promises, decisions, and experiences that demonstrate your ability to rely on yourself.

10 — My Worth Statement
Put your own words around what your worth means to you and create a personal statement you can return to as you continue your journey.
Your Section 3 experience also includes the Reclaiming Your Worth Workbook, featuring guided exercises designed to help you understand your story, strengthen your self-relationship, and begin living from a deeper sense of worth.
My Starting Point
Where am I beginning when it comes to how I see my own worth?

Who Taught Me That?

The Validation Loop
Recognize the cycle of seeking approval and explore what happens when you depend on external validation to feel secure in yourself.
My Needs Are Allowed
Create space to acknowledge that your needs matter and that you are allowed to have them.
The Moment Before Self-Abandonment
Slow down and recognize what happens immediately before you choose someone else's needs, expectations, or approval over yourself.
The Woman Who Believes in Herself
Begin defining the woman you are becoming and the beliefs, choices, and behaviors that support her.
My Worth-Aligned Life Plan
Create a personal vision for making choices that reflect the worth you are learning to honor.
My Commitment to Myself
Define the commitment you want to make to yourself moving forward.
Pause and reflect on what you've discovered throughout the section.
What have you learned about the way you've measured your worth?
What stories or beliefs have become clearer?
Where have you noticed yourself seeking validation?
When have you recognized yourself leaving your own needs behind?
What would it look like to believe yourself more?
What are you ready to choose differently?
End the section by putting your own words around what reclaiming your worth means to you and the woman you're choosing to become.
This is your opportunity to acknowledge what you've discovered, recognize what you're releasing, and declare how you want to move forward.
Your worth does not need to be proven.
It needs to be remembered, honored, and lived.
By completing Reclaiming Your Worth, you'll have spent intentional time exploring:
✨ Your beliefs about your worth
✨ The things you've used to measure your value
✨ Your worth triggers
✨ The difference between worth and achievement
✨ The stories that shaped how you see yourself
✨ The beliefs behind your patterns
✨ Your relationship with external validation
✨ Your inner authority
✨ The ways you may abandon yourself
✨ Your needs and right to acknowledge them
✨ Evidence that you can trust yourself
✨ Your relationship with self-belief
✨ Your worth-aligned choices
✨ Your personal standards
✨ Your vision for living from your worth
Most importantly, you'll begin shifting the question from:
"What do I need to do to prove that I'm worthy?"
to:
You don't have to convince everyone else of your value.
You don't have to become perfect before you can believe in yourself.
You don't have to earn the right to have needs, standards, boundaries, desires, or a voice of your own.
You simply have to begin choosing to recognize the worth that has been there all along.
Reclaiming Your Worth gives you the space to begin living from it.
Recognize → Release → Receive → Realign → Reclaim → Rise
