How do I know if my custom order was approved?
When you submit your custom order, it will typically take us 1-7 business days to review your request. Once we receive your request, we will evaluate its feasibility. After this evaluation, we will either deny or accept your request. If your request is accepted, you will receive an email with a listed price that must be paid before we begin working on your project.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the final results?
Our team will keep you informed about the progress of your custom order. It is your responsibility to provide all necessary details and references to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. If you are not satisfied with your order and our team has taken all the necessary steps to meet your expectations, Virtual Vision Studios will not provide a refund. However, in cases where the issue was clearly on our side, you may receive a partial refund of up to 50%.
