Please type the design you would like in the "order notes" field during checkout and we will confirm compatibility with our materials. Additional images/links can be sent to custom@lumenite.co. 

Once we have the design modeled, we will send a digital proof to review. Customization includes ONE (1) design revision. Further revisions will have an additional cost of $20 per revision. Maximum panel size is 5" x 7"

All products are made to order and are usually shipped within 5-8 business days from the receipt of your order.

If you will need an expedited order, select the RUSH ORDER (processing within 3 Business Days) shipping option during checkout.

To ensure optimal performance, we recommend using our products with backpacks or bags equipped with bungee loops or hooks.

Attach the panel directly onto your bag using the provided zip ties, adjusting according to your bag's size and configuration.

Yes, the light wire length is customizable. The wire can be cut with scissors, while maintaining its glow up to that point. After cutting, simply apply the end cap or a dab of hot glue to protect the exposed end.

Thank you for purchasing our products. All sales are final and items may only be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt if damaged during transit or not as described.

If you would like to cancel your order, you may receive a refund provided your order has not been produced and/or shipped. For custom orders, if a digital proof has been created we may deduct $20 from the refund as a design fee. Order cancellations are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate for all requests if possible.

1. Double check to see if your batteries are working by pressing the button on the inverter pack (a red light should turn on).
2. The light wire is powered by an inverter which converts a voltage into a high frequency. Thus, a small high pitched noise is normal. If it isn’t making a noise try unplugging the wire and powering it up again.
3. If you can hear the inverter but the wire does not turn on, the wire may have gotten pinched together at the ends of the wire causing a short circuit. Just cut off the end of the wire (up to ½”) and replace the end cap or add a dab of hot glue to the cut end of the wire.
