There are all these crazy Instagram swipe workouts and so many different articles that can help you feel like you’re putting in work and trying new things. The truth of it is, training is not always fun, exciting and creative.
When we are training, we don’t want to constantly be switching up our workout routines. We need to be priming our bodies for muscular adaptations so that the muscles can continue to grow past that adapted point.
This means, we want to train the same muscles in the same mechanics and allow the body to adapt to those stimuli, then we add progression in order to push past that adaption. It does not necessarily mean we need to change it up.
This program is designed specifically for those who have access to a gym. I recommend that you snap a picture each week to track your progress!
