What Could've Been
Sherwood Hughes-Campbell was living his best life. He had a beautiful home, nice vehicles and a loving husband to boot. Sherwood’s life came to a halt when his husband, Duncan, was diagnosed with a terminal illness. In the middle of the night while in a deep slumber he receives the call he dreaded. Rushing to the hospital Sherwood learns his husband’s days were numbered.
Jacob is currently unemployed and resides in a shelter in Memphis, TN. That hadn’t always been his life. He ended up in this position after being forced to evacuate his home in Texas due to Hurricane Harvey. Each day Jacob is trying to find a job or get up enough money to get back home to his wife and children. As luck would have it, Jacob does find a job. His life is forever changed in the first week on that job.
When Sherwood and Jacob’s paths cross their lives would never be the same.
