npf + legacy tumblr base code

∘ ｡⟣  briefing .

tumblr been going through a lot of changes recently , primarily the full implementation of npf ( neue post format ) on all new tumblr accounts . this base is my attempt to bridge the gaps between legacy and npf post types and how they present on themes . i am still getting comfortable with this format so anticipate this base having sporadic updates to ensure u all have access to the newest , bug - free code whenever u load the doc . have fun with ur creations and pls lmk if u have questions !

• fully annotated : i have labeled this base extensively to help u locate different aspects of the code with ease .
• contained base w/ sidebar coded within .
• tabs script with one navigation tab structured .
• 6 free links in the navigation tab .
• minor styling discrepancies with audio styling between legacy and npf post types but for the most part , everything is identical and is styled under a singular css element .
• currently , there is no support for custom audio players . for npf themes , i have attempted some basic styling , but the legacy auto player is default for now .
• basic filtering scripts to filter divs visibility when tabs are opened .
• basic filtering scripts to remove unneeded <p> tags and <blockquote> tags from being rendered automatically .
• complete  list  of  credits  and  inspirations  are  detailed  in  the  code  .
