Loops Agreement!

The following loops were made by @seasongocrazy

If you decide to use any of them, you must agree to these terms: 

These midis/loops from @seasongocrazy are  NOT royalty free, because they contain samples from Youtube which were created NOT by @seasongocrazy, BUT you do NOT have to give any percent from ONLINE beat sales to @seasongocrazy, which means that you can sell beats with these samples and you do not have to share any percents with @seasongocrazy until song got over 1 000 000 streams OR it is major placement.

In case of major placement you should share 30% with @seasongocrazy and keep other 70% to you.

However, these Loops contains samples or Acapellas from other songs, and recording labels or artists should clear right for using these beats/samples, which means that @seasongocrazy will not clear samples, only the artist or labels should do it! 

Putting my tag in beats is not a must, you can put only your tag in the beat, so I dont really mind.
