The theoretical and practical advice from the coaches and practitioners come from their own experiences in the beautiful game and are presented in a way that you can take the ideas and put them into practice immediately, with the players in your club or academy. The e-book covers elements from different aspects of coaching: physical, psychological, social, technical and tactical.
