The 5 week program is designed to build sustainable habits. In a world full of fad diets that promise extreme results as fast as possible, we chose a sustainable and longterm solution to reach your health goals! That's what this program is about. Showing you how to find a sustainable way to manage your health goals.

The Process

Stage 1: Assessment (Questionnaire + 1st call)

There are two assessments that I do before I can give you recommendations. First, the attached questionnaire for general information then our first call to ask you some follow up questions. Please let me know when you are available for the call. Pls send me the questionnaire before our call with your number. The call will be on WhatsApp or iMessage.

Stage 2: The plan

After getting all the information I need, I’m going to create a plan based on your needs, preferences, and demands. Basically helping you to do the changes that are the most effective and sustainable so that you stick to new habits. The plan is super flexible and will change over the course of our work.

Stage 3: The coaching

If you have booked the 5 or 8 week plan you will be able to chat with me 24/7 plus get one (or more) call per week. Meaning, that I check up on your progress, you share your experience, or ask questions that come up. I prefer having a mix of both, texting and calling to assure the best coaching I can give you. Bombard me with all the questions you got! The continous communication also allows us to find the tweak the plan for your needs.
