Asset Commissions [READ DESCRIPTION]

Read the following thoroughly and understand that failure to read is on you not me.
▶Payments are done half upfront and half once completed.
▶If you do not pay within the week after a commission is completed I am able to re-sell the commission.

Standard Commission● $40 {20 upfront and 20 once done}
▶Up to 5 assets allowed {hat, top, pants, accessories, follower}
▶Depending on complexity prices may change.
▶Allows me to re-sell the commission.
Private Commission● $60 {30 upfront and 30 once done}
▶Up to 5 assets allowed {hat, top, pants, accessories, follower}
▶Depending on complexity prices may change.
▶Will not be resold.
Rigging Commission● $10
▶Must be an asset you made.
▶If you want an asset re-rigged by someone else the other creator must have given permission.
▶Must show proof of purchase if you are getting another asset re-rigged.
Custom Body Edits● $20
▶Need to show proof of owning base before work can be done.
▶Will add custom; ears, horns, tail, wings, fur, paws, feet, etc.
▶I will re-uv and re-rig the base to work with the addons.
▶Custom textures are an extra charge.
▶These edits are only for Zinpias Furry Base/Emi Base.
⚬If you want edits for another furry base ask before purchasing a commission.
⺌TOS⺌
1. There are no refunds, this is a digital product by commissioning me you agree that you will not be refunded as it is not a physical product.
2. Payments not made in full after a week of the commission being completed will result in the commission being re-sold.
3. Commissions are private unless stated otherwise if you share a commission with another party it will result in the commission being re-sold and you being banned.
4. If you are found to be a leaker/ ripper/ price splitter I will re-sell your commission and you will be banned from my shop/server.
5. Must have blender knowledge and or unity knowledge.
6. The only unity work I do is followers otherwise I do not do anything else.
7. Must have references failure to have references will result in me not doing the commission.
⚬No AI references.
⚬I do not remake copyrighted IPs.
8. Once I am at the texturing stage no changes can be made.
⚬No additions can be added to the mesh or things being removed.
9. My prices will not change even if you want 1 thing made and not a full set.
10. If you are commissioning an asset that will be used by another party {i.e Commission or Collab models} Both you and the other party must own the asset.
11. Commissions can be used for streaming/v-tubing as long as credit is given somewhere for the work having been done; just link my shop.
12. Group commissions will be priced higher due to the work needing to be put in. If a group is sharing 1 commission they all must own the commission for it to be able to be used.
13. If you are gifting a commission you must put that persons info in for the commission failure to do so will result in a ban.
⚬If you put your own info in and then send the person the files to the commission that is leaking and you will be banned.
14. I will do NSFW assets I will not do anything to do with; age play, little space or anything childlike.
