⚬ MUST be an asset you have made

⚬ If you want me to re-rig and asset the creator must have given EXPLICIT permission

⚬ Must show proof of purchase for assets that are to be re-rigged

⺌TOS ⚬ Terms of Service ⺌

Please read before purchasing other wise you will be held liable for not following the TOS 

1. COMMISSION REQUIRTE HALF THE PAYMENT UP FRONT

⤷ if you do not have the half to begin I will not be doing your commission till paid

2. There are no refunds

⤷ if I have to cancel a commission on my OWN doing I will refund you or figure out something with you to equal to the value of the commission payment.

3. Must have blender knowledge since I will not be putting the asset on your project (I just make the meshes man)

4. I DO NOT do unity except for followers

⤷ I do not do particle sytems, unity set up, or anything else within unity.

5. Must have references to what you want, I will not be working on a commission if you do not have references.

⤷ No AI references 

⤷ No copyrighted works/characters/IPs for references [ex; hello kitty, marvel,pokemon etc..]

6. Commissions take me about 1-2 weeks to complete (depending on how intricate it is)

7. Once I get to the texturing stage no more changes can be made

⤷ no alteration will be made once I hit the texturing stage; no mesh changes, no add on, no extra things being added to the comm and no re-rigging or fitting to a new base.

8. My prices will not change even if it is 1 thing you want made. 

⤷ My prices are set at 10 and 20 and will be changed.

9. If you are commissioning an asset that will be used by another party {i.e Commission or Collab models} Both you and the other party must own the asset.

⤷ commissioner pays full price and the second party will pay half of the commission price, ALL parties must own the commission to use it.

10. If you want to use a commission for streaming/v-tubing that is fine all commissions come with personal and commercial use just make sure to credit me somewhere for making the assets. 

11. Group commissions will be priced at a high price due to the extra work needing to be put in for doing more then 1 asset. 

⤷ If the group is sharing a commissioned asset all parties must own the asset.

12. Leaking commissioned assets is against my TOS if you leak/price split/ or rip any commissions of mine you will be banned from my server and shop. 

⤷ Leak a commission and I will re-sell it even if it's private.

13. If you are gifting a commission make sure to put in that persons email and discord/vrchat info if not that is failure to follow my TOS and will result in a ban from my shop

⤷ If it is a mistake please open a ticket in my server and talk to me to resolve it!

14. I will not do any sort of Age Regression/DDLG or baby related assets

15. I will not do NSFW assets

⤷ Do not ask me to make NSFW assets such as; dildos, weiners, butt plugs, etc.

⤷ I will do LEWD assets; handcuffs, paddles, revealing clothes, etc.

16. I will make custom assets/sets

⤷ I will make full outfit sets [hat, top, bottoms, shoes, accessories]

⤷ I will make custom followers [will not do any other unity work]

⤷ I will do jewelry [if it is insanely intricate I will not do it]

⤷ I will do ears, tails, wings, hooves, hair, etc.

17. If you commission me OPEN A TICKET in my server, I do not answer DMS or emails about commissions!

if you are banned from my server/store you can not use a commission made by me for anything
