Asset Commissions

・Standard Price : $10+ and goes up depending on detail and additional varieties. This commission format allows me to resell the asset on my store to the public 14 days after completion.

・Exclusive Price: $20+ and goes up depending on detail and additional varieties. This commission format allows you full commercial usage of the asset, not for resale, and will never be sold on my store.

ADDITIONAL PRICING: $10 Rush Order - Make your commission a priority and receive it in up to 7 days.

《 Commission TOS/Rules 》

These rules apply to all commissioned assets..

・Use for Personal / Commercial / Public / Nitro / Free

𝓘𝓶𝓹𝓸𝓻𝓽𝓪𝓷𝓽 𝓘𝓷𝓯𝓸𝓻𝓶𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷

❧ DO NOT START A COMMISSION REQUEST IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDS IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE AT TIME OF COMMISSIONING.

❧ I WILL NOT do NSFW or LOLI such as pp or binkies and bottles.

❧ I will do hairs, clothing, followers, custom assets, and custom textures (for zinpia furry base)

❧ I WILL do lewd as in handcuffs or paddles but nothing you wouldn't be okay with your grandpop seeing on accident.

❧ Must have blender knowledge, I will not put the asset on for you.

❧ AT LEAST ONE photo/art reference must be provided. Do not start a commission without a solid idea of what you want.

❧ 50% payment is required to start.

❧ You must have the full cost of the asset commission paid within 3 days of completion.

❧ Assets will be named by commissioner, unless requested otherwise.

❧ I will post WIPS of the commission in my discord server.

❧ I will not update/fix any asset after you have received final product.

❧ Delivery time is between 1-2 weeks after payment. I will not begin work until the item is paid for.

❧ You are only allowed 3 mesh changes before texturing.

❧ Standard Commissioned asset will be on my store 14 days after you have received your product.

❧ ONLY ONE ASSET SET PER REQUEST, may include up to 6 assets.

❧ Base Price includes: Commercial Use (For streaming) & Personal use for VRChat/Vtuber

❧ I will not lower my base price if you are requesting less than what is offered.

❧ There is No refunds at all, unless I have to cancel the commission. Down-payment will not be refunded.

❧ Additional assets are $5 each.

・I reserve the right to deny service to anyone

・I require 50% payment upfront.

・Changes to assets will not be applicable once I have started texture work.

・I will not lower my base price if you are requesting less than what is offered.

・You may not reshare / resell your commissioned model in any way. You have rights to use it, I still own the design.

・Although this asset is custom for you, I still require credit for my work. You MUST credit me correctly when using my assets. Using my full store name [Pumpkin] or my Discord name [Pumpkin] and a link back to my store. EG. Asset Name by Pumpkin (https://pumpkinpatch.gumroad.com/).

・If you cancel this commission after it is started, I reserve the rights to resell it in my shop or to another buyer, and you will not receive a refund and you will not be allowed to keep the rights to the design. All payments already made will be rendered equal to work already completed.

・All commission prices are final and non-refundable. If you change your mind after the work has begun, you forfeit the usage rights to the asset. You are responsible for reviewing all provided information before your purchase.

・You must have the full cost of the asset commission paid within 3 days of completion.

・If you wish to add to your commission or remake it after completion, you will be charged the cost of another commission.

・No leaking, ripping, price splitting, or reselling.

・You MUST not claim any of my assets or it's parts as your own. Provide credit for MY work.

・You MUST put your info in correctly when purchasing failing to do so more then once will result in a ban from my store and server, revoking all rights to every asset you have purchased or received free from my store.

・You may ONLY use my assets on FINISHED MODELS, with proper credit to me. You may not modify, or use parts, of the asset to make your own asset for sale.

・Do NOT resell my assets in ANY WAY. This includes edited or modified.

・Do NOT redistribute, leak or trade my assets in ANY WAY. This includes any 3rd party sites, forums, sharing websites, leaker sites, discord servers, sharing with friends etc.

・Your license to use the asset is ONLY VALID if you provide the correct information at checkout. Otherwise I have no proof of purchase and will issue a DMCA. You may also be blacklisted for breaking TOS.

・You can use my assets for VRChat & Vtuber models, but nothing outside of that like sims 4, roblox, imvu, etc. When used please, credit me somewhere or else this will result in a ban from purchasing and using previously purchased assets.

Failure to follow my TOS will result in a ban from shop and server. If any of these rules are broken, understand that legal action may be taken against you.
