What if I have an active skin disorder?
This guide helps you master the basics for skin health, disorders included. Additionally, we can cover your questions about it during our session together, it's your time. However, healing skin disorders can be complex and take time. If you want to continue our coaching, I have options for that as well.
Will we cover topicals?
Yes! We can go over your at-home skincare routine, ideal skin treatment regimen, and product education.
Do I get a follow-up?
If applicable, I will send an email follow-up after our call that includes any resources we discussed such as products, supplements, articles, recipes, or practitioner recommendations.
How is this different from your other coaching service?
My on-going health coaching subscription focuses on habit integration, mindset, and nuanced healing protocols. The beauty of taking it one step at a time is that you process information better, have time for self reflection, "try on" different habits, and build your ideal routine sustainably. So much of the dissonance between where we are and where we want to be is a matter of utilizing the right mindset, accountability, and integration tools for you. For this reason, my health coaching subscription includes bi-weekly 60 minute sessions, weekly text check ins, detailed follow-ups, and deep relationship building for authentic change without the overwhelm.
