2. Four Bi-Weekly Sessions (60 min each)

A steady pace that allows integration without overwhelm.

Each session can include:

Every session builds on the last with enough space to breathe and integrate.

3. Light Integration Support

A middle-ground between high-touch and hands-off:

You’ll have messaging access twice a week for clarity, check-ins, or brief guidance.

4. Dream Support (Optional)

You can send up to 2 dreams per month for interpretation or guidance.

5. Personalized Tools (As Needed)
