***Please make sure to upload your finished artwork as a 13X19 or 36x44 PNG or JPEG image at 150 dpi. Artwork must be properly sized once submitted***

All print service orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. This is the normal processing time. All rush orders are shipped the same day if order is received before 11am EST. If rush order is received after that time the order will be shipped out the next business day.
Sublimation Transfers are non-refundable. We will NOT refund a purchase due to user errors; prints being pixilated because of the images user chose. We will be willing to replace defective transfers caused by Us. Replacements will require photos (proof of defect) and an approval of claims.
