Sarah removes the air-cast from her swollen foot. Then she hops a bit around on one leg with the dog before she

returns to the bench and also takes the grey sock off and shows us her tan pantyhosed foot again. She takes her crutches and starts to crutch back

home with the pantyhosed foot held high in the air. In the 2nd half of the clip Sarah *eXtreme* tip-toe limps on her left foot, partially using one

of the crutches. She holds the heel VERY HIGH. Great technique - MUST SEE !!!
