this consists of a .ffx file and a .aep file, if you're using AE23 or anything above it use the .ffx file if you're using anything below AE23 and or are having problems with the .ffx file use the .aep. There's instructions in there to help you get the cc and theres also a quick tutorial video showing you how to use the .aep as well if you're still confused!
