If you have never seen this Bill Murray “classic” – watch it now! Or, if it has been ages – watch the movie again. Reruns are the theme of this lesson. All of us know someone (ourselves?) who keeps repeating (and regretting) the same mistakes over-and-over again. It is a head scratcher—or is it? We (or someone we care about) can find themselves in a replaying loop and it seems they (you) will never learn.
In this lesson the Reader will take a long hard…and perhaps…painful look at those “Groundhog Day(s)” in their life.
Lesson 16 - The Time Is Now - The Place Is Here
Everyone, at some point (or at many points), will find themselves ‘future thinking’. When your life at this moment-in-time feels like a burden, is nothing like what you dreamed/planned, or is fraught with anxiety and stress the future moment-in-time is where your mind will take you. Escaping this moment for one in the future can feel like a “safety valve” and provide temporary relief from a currently unpleasant situation. We are all guilty of using “future thinking” in this way.
Get this lesson and dive into a topic that we all need to think about NOW.
