Triset Program

Where a superset uses two exercise, a tri set uses, you guessed it, three! three exercises performed one after the other without any rest is classed as one tri set. The exercises can be for the same body part, for example, you back, this doesn’t mean you would do three exercises that work the latissimus dorsi, you could do an exercise that works the lats, one that (lat pulldown) works the rear delt (rear delt flys) and another that works the spinal erectors (spine extensions).
