Teether | 100% Rubber
Why I chose this teether
This ended up being my go-to teether once my son hit the molar stage. The shape actually works. Babies can chew it from any angle and reach those back molars without gagging, which is huge.
What really sold me, though, was the material. It’s made from 100% natural rubber sourced from the hevea tree with no dyes, colorants, or fillers. When I started looking into teether materials, I learned that silicone, while often marketed as plastic-free, is still a synthetic polymer. Research suggests it can shed microscopic particles over time with repeated wear and chewing. That doesn’t mean silicone is inherently dangerous, but for something my baby had in his mouth constantly, I felt better choosing a biodegradable, plant-based material instead.
This teether also has no holes or hidden crevices where moisture or bacteria can build up, and you can warm or chill it for extra relief.
Simple design, clean materials, and it actually helps. One of the baby items I’d buy again without hesitation.
