♫ The Music ♫
The Kesh Jig is a sprightly, traditional Irish jig ~ a favourite tune at many a Session; the toe-tapping music is sure to brighten any day.
Cables and lace combine to create a delightful accessory ~ 3 sizes and 2 cuff lengths included. (Model is showing M size on 7.5” / 19cm hand.)
A lovely coalescence of single-stitch and lace cables graces both the front and back cuff and the back of these fingerless mitts. The cuff begins with a delicate lacy shell edging and the palm is worked in an irregular twisted rib for a great fit. Thumb stitches are placed on hold until the upper mitt is finished. The stretchy bind off requires the knitter to be able to identify knit and purl stitches.
Both charts and written directions for charts are provided. Charts are contained in the main pattern document; the written directions for charts are included as a separate PDF. For the cuff all sizes share one chart but for the upper mitt, each size has its own individual chart.
